It runs in an east-west direction and crosses Victory Lane, Wilmington Avenue, Creek Road, Freedom Lane, Heritage Lane, Liberty Street, New Lexington Avenue, Horizon Lane, Thompson Lane, Montgomery Lane and Purtee Lane. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Fairfield Township and Highland. This street is part of the highways 72 and 28. Nearby there is among others a post office. Main Street also exists in Marshall Township.
