Mount Vernon Road in Licking County is a two-lane, asphalted expressway. It runs in a north-south direction and crosses Chestnut Street, Liberty Alley, Walnut Alley, Plumb Alley, Moreland Street, Warthen Street, St Joseph Road Northeast, Rocky Ridge Road Northeast, Flamingo Drive, Parana Drive, Snyder Road Northeast and Chestnut Hills Road Northeast. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Newark, Newton Township and St. Louisville. This street is part of the highway "13".
