It runs in a north-south direction starting from Youngstown Poland Road and crosses Meadow Lane, Venloe Drive, Johnston Place, Island Drive, Delaware Avenue, Botsford Street, Massachusetts Avenue, 2nd Street, Sheridan Road and Mc Kinley Way West and ends at East McKinley Way. This street is part of the highway "170". North Main Street also exists in Beloit and Austintown Township.
