It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from South Broadway Street and crosses Lafayette Street, Springbrook Drive, Grant Street, Parkview Drive, Simon Lane, Shaker Drive, Smokerise Drive, Valley Drive, Twin Oaks Boulevard, Victoria Circle and Sturbridge Drive. It connects Wadsworth, Montville Township, Wadsworth Township, Guilford Township and Medina. This street is part of the highway "57".
