It runs in a northeast-southwest direction starting from South Dixie Avenue and crosses Richard Street, Kercher Street, North 1st Street, East Sycamore Street, West Sycamore Street, East Pearl Street, West Pearl Street, East Ferry Street, West Ferry Street and East Central Avenue and ends at South Main Street. This street is part of the highways 725 and Dixie Highway from Dayton to Middletown (1918). North Main Street also exists in Englewood and Dayton.
