Old River Road in Muskingum County is a two-lane, asphalted local road (also known as County Highway 6). It runs in a southeast-northwest direction and crosses Center Road, Sealover Hollow Road, Fiberglass Lane, Moxahala Avenue, Grandview Avenue, Beechrock Drive, Grant Cliff Road, Granger Hill Road and Boat Dock Road. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Muskingum County and Zanesville. Old River Road is also known as County Highway 6. This street is part of the highways 555, Muskingum County Road 6, Muskingum County Road 6A and Muskingum County Road 6B. Old River Road also exists in Washington County and Morgan County.
