It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from Town Hwy 190 and crosses Township Road 190 and Stone Church Hollow Road and ends at Forest Service Road. It connects Monday Creek Township and Salt Lick Township. This street is part of the Hiking trails Buckeye Trail (New Straitsville), ADT - Ohio D - Seg 3 and North Country National Scenic Trail (OH) as well as the Horse routes Stone Church - Main Loop and Stone Church - Short Loop.
