Park Avenue East in Richland County is a two-lane, asphalted secondary road (Road number SR 430) and it crosses a bridge. It runs in an east-west direction and crosses North Main Street, Park Avenue West, South Main Street, North Diamond Street, South Diamond Street, South Franklin Avenue, North Adams Street, South Adams Street, North Willis Avenue, North Glenn Avenue, Hedges Street and North Foster Street. It connects Mansfield, Madison Township and Mifflin Township. This street is part of the highways 430 and LH as well as the Bicycle route "US:US 44".
