It runs in an east-west direction and crosses Oviatt Road, North Medina Line Road, Ridgeview Drive, Southern Road, Broadview Road, Grant Street, Mill Street, Humphrey Road, Ashton Road, Robin Hill Lane, Faith Lane and Brecksville Road. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Richfield Township, Richfield and Boston Township. This street is part of the highway "303" as well as the Hiking trail "Buckeye Trail (Medina)". Nearby there is an ice cream shop. West Streetsboro Road also exists in Peninsula and Boston Heights.
