It runs in a north-south direction starting from Mahoning Avenue Northwest and crosses West Market Street, David Grohl Alley, Franklin Street Southwest, South Street Southwest, Fulton Street Southwest, Walnut Court Southwest, Spring Street Southwest, 1st Street Southwest, 2nd Street Southwest, 3rd Street Southwest and 4th Street Southwest. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Weathersfield Township, Warren and Warren Township.
