Main Street in Arkoma is a two-lane, asphalted secondary road. It runs in a northeast-southwest direction starting from State Line Road and crosses Celia Drive, Lowery Street, Texas Avenue, Blocker Avenue, Oklahoma Street, Sicard Street, Choctaw Street, Gilette Street and Young Avenue. This street is part of the highway "9A". Nearby there is a school. Main Street also exists in Bokoshe, Fanshawe, Panama, Le Flore and Howe.
