It runs in an east-west direction and crosses South 72nd West Avenue, South 71st West Avenue, South 70th West Avenue, South 69th West Avenue, South 68th West Avenue, South 67th West Avenue, South 66th West Avenue, South 65th West Avenue, South 64th West Avenue, South 63rd West Avenue, South 62nd West Avenue and South 61st West Avenue. It ends in a cul-de-sac. Southwest Boulevard is also known as South Southwest Boulevard West. This street is part of the Bicycle routes US:US 66 and US:US 66 as well as the highway "66".
