It runs in a north-south direction and crosses 257th Street, 258th Street, 260th Street, 261st Street, 262nd Street, 264th Street, 265th Street, 266th Street, 267 street and 267th Street and ends at 268th Street, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. It connects Gales Township and Washington Township. 374th Avenue is also known as County Road 11. 374th Avenue also exists in Lake Township.
