It runs in an east-west direction starting from West Highway 12 and crosses North Harrison Street, 404th Avenue, 402nd Avenue, 401st Avenue, 400th Avenue, 399th Avenue, Park Road, 395th Avenue, 393rd Avenue and 392nd Avenue South and ends at US Highway 12 East. It connects Henry Township, Bath Township and Groton Township. This street is part of the highway "12". 133rd Street also exists in Mercier Township.
