It runs in an east-west direction and crosses 312th Street, 313th Avenue, 315th Avenue, State Highway 271, 316th Avenue, 317th Avenue, 318th Avenue, 319th Avenue and 320th Avenue and ends at 323rd Avenue, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. It connects Thompson Township and Blessing Township. 122nd Street also exists in Grand Crossing Township and Franklin Township.
