It runs in a north-south direction starting from 154th Street and crosses 155th Street, 157th Street, 158th Street, 159th Street, 160th Street, Kline Avenue, 161st Street and Thorson Avenue and ends at SD Highway 20. It connects Florence, Fuller Township and Dexter Township. 445th Avenue also exists in Kampeska Township and Richland Township.
