It runs in an east-west direction and crosses 339th Avenue, 342nd Avenue, 342nd Avenue South, 343rd Avenue South, 346th Avenue, 346th Avenue South, 347th Avenue South, 348th Avenue, 348th Avenue South, 356th Avenue South and 357th Avenue and ends at 167th Street, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. It connects Thirteen Township, Arcade Township and Irving Township. County Road 12 also exists in Hillsdale Township and Ellisville Township.
