It runs in a north-south direction and crosses SD Highway 34, 234th Street, 235th Street, 236th Street, 237th Street, 238th Street, 240th Street, 241st Street, 242nd Street and 243rd Street. It connects Clearwater Township and Vermillion Township. 440th Avenue also exists in Belleview Township.
