It runs in a north-south direction starting from West 60th Street North and crosses West Highway 38, 262nd Street, West Benson Road, 263rd Street, West Maple Street, West Mulberry Street, 264th Street, West Madison Street, Sands Street and West Sands Street and ends at South Ellis Road. It connects Wayne Township, Benton Township and Sioux Falls. North Ellis Road is also known as Tea-Ellis Road. This street is part of the highway "139".
