It runs in a north-south direction and crosses 108th Street, 110th Street, 112th Street, 114th Street, 115th Street, 116th Street, 117th Street, 118th Street, BIA Highway 800 and West Chestnut Street and ends at 8th Avenue West, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. It connects Enterprise Township, Sisseton and Sisseton Township. 457th Avenue also exists in Summit Township and Minnesota Township.
