It runs in a north-south direction starting from 102nd Street and crosses 104th Street, SD Highway 127, 106th Street, Anderson Road, 107th Street, 108th Street, 109th Street and 110th Street and ends at Mud Lake Road. It connects White Rock Township and Harmon Township. This street is part of the highway "21". 477th Avenue also exists in Geneseo Township.
