It runs in an east-west direction and crosses 306th Avenue, 310th Avenue, 313th Avenue, 314th Avenue, 315th Avenue, 316th Avenue, 318th Avenue, 319th Avenue and 320th Avenue and ends at 324th Avenue, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. It connects Pleasant Township, Blaine Township and Buffalo Township. 185th Street also exists in Clifton Township and Onida Township.
