It runs in a north-south direction and crosses US Highway 12, 135th Street, 138th Street, 139th Street, 307th Avenue, 140th Street, 144th Street and 147th Street. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Bangor Township, Surrey Township and Vick Township. This street is part of the highways 83, 20, Native American National and State Scenic Byway and Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail Auto Tour Route.
