It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from US Highway 81 Access Road and crosses Seldon Loop, US Highway 287 North Access Road, Robinson Road, Feed Store Road, Wagon Seller Road, Grigsby Road, Pink Willson Road, Cole Road, Judy Road, Wigwam Road and Fruitland Road. It connects Bowie and Montague County. This street is part of the highway "101". State Highway 101 also exists in Wise County.
