It runs in a north-south direction and crosses US Highway 259, Koonee Road, Old Post Oak Road, County Road 205, County Road 809, Industrial Drive, Oakview Drive, North Stallings Drive, Northeast Stallings Drive, Old Line Drive, Dallas Street and Creek Bend Boulevard. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Nacogdoches and Nacogdoches County. North Street is also known as US Route 259. This street is part of the highway "59". North Street also exists in Travis County, Bexar County, Kendall County, San Marcos and Montgomery County.
