It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from Paint Bank Road and crosses Market Street, Main Street, Walnut Street, Caldwell Street, Albert Street, Brooks Street, Conrad Street, Chilton Street, Kanawha Street and Wagner Street and ends at Wagners Mill Road.
