It runs in a north-south direction and crosses Cedar Street, Cemetery Drive, King Street, Hott Lane, Mill Street, Cherry Lane and Hedrick Lane and ends at Thompson Avenue, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. High Street also exists in Timberville, Elkton and Broadway.
