Main Street in Southampton County is a concrete main road. It runs in a north-south direction starting from Meherrin Road and crosses Blount Street, Bass Street, Virginia Street, Serbin Street and North Railroad Avenue and ends at South Main Street. It connects Boykins and Southampton County. This street is part of the highway "35". Main Street also exists in Belle Haven, Lynchburg, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake and Portsmouth.
