South 8th Avenue in Kelso is a residential street (also known as 8th Avenue South). It runs in a north-south direction and crosses Cedar Street, Cherry Street, Mill Street, Coweeman Lane, Elizabeth Street, Chestnut Street, Elm Street and Laurel Street and ends at Walnut Street, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. It is a footpath between Elm Street and Laurel Street and not passable by car. South 8th Avenue is also known as 8th Avenue South. South 8th Avenue also exists in Franklin County, Adams County, Yakima County and Clark County.
