1st Street in Fairfield is a two-lane, asphalted secondary road (also known as Palouse Highway). The street has no sidewalks. It runs in a north-south direction starting from West Bradshaw Avenue and crosses West Hamilton Avenue, East Ticknor Street, West Carlton Avenue, West Seward Avenue, East Main Street, West Spokane Avenue and West Portland Avenue. 1st Street is also known as Palouse Highway. This street is part of the highway "27". 1st Street also exists in Waverly and Medical Lake.
