It runs in a northeast-southwest direction starting from North Main Street and crosses East 6th Street, East 7th Street, East 8th Street, East 9th Street, Martina Street West, 11th Street East, West 11th Street, East 12th Street and Main Street and ends at West 13th Street. South Main Street is also known as Main Street South. South Main Street also exists in Whitman County, Spokane County, Stevens County, Grant County and Adams County.
