Northwestern Turnpike in Doddridge County is a two-lane local road (also known as Sunnyside Road). It runs in an east-west direction and crosses Yeagers Run Road and ends at Sunnyside Road, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. Northwestern Turnpike is also known as Sunnyside Road. This street is part of the Hiking trail "Northwestern Turnpike Trail" as well as the highway "50/30". Northwestern Turnpike also exists in Harrison County and Ritchie County.
