It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from Bond Creek Road and crosses Lowther Street, Mc Gregor Street, Water Street, Railroad Street, Hill Street and Smith Hill and ends at Douglas Street. This street is part of the highway "31". Nearby you can find among others a place of worship and a post office. Main Street also exists in Pennsboro, Harrisville, Ellenboro and Auburn.
