Main Street in De Soto is an asphalted secondary road. It runs in a northeast-southwest direction and crosses Glass Road, Sletten Road, Devlin Street, Loftus Road, Wall Street, De Soto Street, Church Street, Houghton Street, Academy Street and Mill Park Drive and ends at Great River Road, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. This street is part of the highway "82". Nearby there is among others a bar. Main Street also exists in Pulaski, Montfort, Watertown and Newburg.
