State Highway 28 in Horicon is a two-lane secondary road. It runs in a north-south direction starting from Ellsworth Street and crosses Lynn Street, East Maple Street, East Walnut Street and West Lake Street and ends at East Lake Street. This street is part of the highway "28" as well as the Bicycle route "Rock River Trail". State Highway 28 also exists in Mayville and Kekoskee.
