It runs in a north-south direction and crosses Rush Lake Road, Cedar Island, North Country National Scenic Trail, Radio Tower Road, Motts Ravine Road, Airport Road, County Road S, Muck Lake Road, Cheney Lake Road, Beauregard Lake Road and East Ellison Lake Road and ends at County Highway Y, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. This street is part of the highway "27". State Highway 27 also exists in Town of Brule.
