Main Street in Fairwater is a secondary road (Road number WI 44;CTH E). It runs in a north-south direction and crosses Fairview Court, Johnson Street, Elm Street, Blodgett, Kennedy Drive, Church Street, Washington Street and Plocker Street and ends at State Highway 44, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. This street is part of the highways 44 and E. Main Street also exists in Mount Calvary, Fond du Lac, Town of Ashford, Town of Marshfield and Town of Taycheedah.
