North Main Street in Necedah is an asphalted main road. It runs in a north-south direction and crosses John Street, North Street, North Harvey Street, West Middle Street, Hickory Street, King Street, Maple Street and Birch Street and ends at State Highway 80, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. This street is part of the highway "80". North Main Street also exists in New Lisbon.
