It runs in a north-south direction and crosses Jaden Drive, Delores Street, Elenora Street, Elizabeth Street, Bering Street West, Main Street West and State Highway 35 and ends at 2nd Avenue Southwest, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. 2nd Avenue Northwest also exists in Clear Lake.
