Main Street in Wilson is a local road. It runs in a northeast-southwest direction starting from Main Street West and crosses Wilson Street, Wilson Street South, La Pointe Road and La Pointe Road South and ends at Johnson Street. This street is part of the highway "W". Main Street also exists in Village of Baldwin, Woodville, Star Prairie, Somerset and Village of Hammond.
