Rowney Road in Kingston District Council is a two-lane, asphalted secondary road. It runs in a northeast-southwest direction starting from Riddoch Highway and crosses Burns Road, Minnamurra Road, Ballater Road, Hirsts Firetrack, Woolumbool Road, Bin Bin Road, Bald Hill Road, Kellira - Bald Hill Road, Marwoods Road and Mt Scott Road. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Keilira, Blackford and Marcollat.
