Greendale - Trentham Road in Shire of Moorabool is an asphalted secondary road. It runs in a north-south direction and crosses Wheeler Road, Baker Bills Track, Wightmans Track, Thurgoods Lane North, Johnsons Road, Flemings Lane, Cummings Lane, Thurgoods Lane South, Pottery Track, Daves Gully Track, Tim Lane and Grace Road. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Blackwood, Barrys Reef and Greendale. This road is part of the long-distance road "C318".
