It runs in a north-south direction starting from Greendale - Trentham Road and crosses Struck Oil Track, Mt Grey Track, Square Bottle Track, Lacote Road, Tower Track, Lohs Lane, Pattinsons Lane, Long Point Road, Muddy Lane and Purcells Lane and ends at Old Western Highway. It connects Greendale and Myrniong. This road is part of the hiking trail "Lerderderg Track for walkers".
