Mann Avenue in Saanich is a residential street. The road has no sidewalks. It runs in an east-west direction and crosses Wilkinson Road, Vanalman Avenue, Eastridge Crescent, Mapleton Place, Burbank Crescent, Vanguard Place and Savoy Place and ends at Glanford Avenue, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. It connects Royal Oak, Carey and Rural Saanich. This road is part of the bicycle route "Glendale Trail" and the foot route "Glendale Trail".
