It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from Smith Road and crosses Musgrave Place, Musgrave Falls Track, Musgrave Coast Trail, Hope Hill Road, Streisand Track, Mount Tuam Road, Hanglider/Helipad towers, Dupois Road and Hamilton Horne Road and ends at Isabella Point Road. In the vicinity, there is a farm shop. Musgrave Road also exists in Comox Valley Regional District, Columbia-Shuswap Regional District and Thompson-Nicola Regional District.
