Bear Cove Highway in Regional District of Mount Waddington is a two-lane, asphalted main road. It runs in a north-south direction starting from Bear Cove Ferry Terminal and crosses 3, Bear Cove Rest Area, Coho Road, Sockeye Road, Goletas Way, Jensen Cove Road, Clyde Creek Road, Fort Rupert Trail (Commuter Trail), Hardy Bay Estuary Road and Douglas Street and ends at Island Highway. It connects Port Hardy and Regional District of Mount Waddington. Bear Cove Highway is also known as Bear Cove Road. This road is part of the long-distance road "19" and the hiking trail "Vancouver Island Trail".
