Simpson Road in Summerland is a two-lane residential street. It runs in a north-south direction starting from Victoria Road South and crosses Lenzi Street, Fyffe Road, Sutherland Street and Gilman Road and ends at Canyon View Road. This road is part of the bicycle routes Kettle Valley Rail Trail and Trans Canada Trail (Summerland to Hope) and the mountain bike route "BC Epic 1000". In the vicinity, there is an off-licence.
