Provincial Trunk Highway 59 in Rural Municipality of St. Clements is a two-lane main road (100 km/h). It runs in a north-south direction and crosses Provincial Trunk Highway 12, 102 Road, Provincial Road 304, Provincial Road 500, Stead Road, Provincial Road 319, Anishinabe Way, Bison Drive East and Bear Road and ends at Highway 59, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. This road is part of the long-distance roads 12, 59 and La Vérendrye Trail.
