Perimeter Highway in Winnipeg, Maple Grove Park is a three-lane, asphalted, lit motorway (100 km/h, also known as Winnipeg By-Pass). The road has no sidewalks. There is no cycle path. It runs in a northeast-southwest direction starting from Chemin Plessis Road and crosses Melnick Road, St. Anne's Road and Kenaston Boulevard. It connects St. Vital Perimeter South, Richmond West, Dakota Crossing, South Pointe, Fraipont and Fort Richmond. Perimeter Highway is also known as Winnipeg By-Pass. This road is part of the long-distance road "100". Perimeter Highway also exists in La Barrière, Richmond Lakes and Cloutier Drive.
