Perimeter Highway in Winnipeg, Cloutier Drive is a two-lane, asphalted, lit motorway (100 km/h, also known as Winnipeg By-Pass). The road has no sidewalks. There is no cycle path. It runs in a northeast-southwest direction and crosses Kenaston Boulevard, Rue Waverley Street, St. Anne's Road and Sumka Road and ends at Chemin Plessis Road. It connects St. Vital Perimeter South, La Barrière, Richmond Lakes, Cloutier Drive and St. Norbert. Perimeter Highway is also known as Winnipeg By-Pass. This road is part of the long-distance road "100". Perimeter Highway also exists in Dakota Crossing, Maple Grove Park, Fort Richmond and River Park South.
